Open testing
Clear boundaries for testing Relay.
This page explains what Longweis Relay open testing provides, what information the service handles, and how credit and payments work.
Effective October 12, 2026
Application and account information
Registration is open through Email or Google and does not require an application, invitation, or activation code. Relay keeps the verified account identity, authentication method, balance, usage summaries, and payment status needed to operate your account and answer support requests.
The optional application collects the name, email, role, stack, test use case, and confirmations you submit. Use the same email as your Relay account so we can match the one-time application credit. We use this information to operate Relay, prevent duplicate credit, contact testers, keep billing records, diagnose failures, and improve testing. We do not sell application data.
Model keys and task material
- In General API mode, your premium-provider key remains in macOS Keychain and is not sent to Longweis.
- Relay requests and material selected for Memory Retrieval are processed by the Relay service and the model services needed to complete the request.
- Only select material you are authorized to use. Do not use open testing for secrets, regulated records, or irreplaceable production data.
- Support will never ask for an API key, Relay key, password, activation code, or your complete private dataset.
Credit, prices, and payments
Each newly registered account receives a one-time $10 Relay service credit. A tester who submits a valid optional application using the same registered email receives one additional one-time $50 Relay service credit after account/application matching.
Positive feedback is not required. Honest negative results and clearly documented failures are useful when they include enough detail to reproduce the result and improve the product. Testing credits are service credit, not cash, have no cash value, and do not include charges from your premium-model provider.
Open-testing Relay prices are $0.20 input and $0.80 output per million Relay tokens for Compute Optimization, and $0.30 input and $1.20 output for Memory Retrieval. The account center shows measured usage, charges, top-ups, and refunds.
Optional $10, $25, $50, and $100 top-ups use Square-hosted checkout. Longweis does not receive your complete card number. A completed Square refund reverses the refunded Relay credit; if that credit has already been spent, further work may pause until the balance is restored.
Beta limits
- Savings figures are workload-dependent upper ranges, not guarantees.
- Beta software may be interrupted, changed, rate-limited, or withdrawn.
- High-risk, short, unsupported, or low-confidence work may use more of the premium model or return a safe failure.
- You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or taking consequential action.
Retention and requests
Application, account, usage, payment, and prepared-memory records are retained as needed to run and evaluate open testing. Operational summaries are content-free. A fixed automatic deletion period is not promised during this phase.
To ask about your information, request account or prepared-memory deletion, report a billing issue, or request a refund review, email longweis.app@gmail.com from your registered address. Some transaction, integrity, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal records may need to be retained.
Feedback
Useful feedback states the expected and observed result and includes concrete reproduction steps or an actionable finding. Feedback does not need to be favorable.
Do not include credentials or unredacted private material in feedback. We will ask separately before quoting a tester result publicly, even anonymously.
